Mental Health Services
All mental health services at Hara Health Center are provided as private pay services. We can accept HSA and Flex cards for payment of services. We will provide super bills for clients receiving services that choose to seek out of network reimbursement from their insurance plans.
Traditional Therapies
We provide traditional therapy services to assist children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in receiving care that elevates and enhances general well being. Our frameworks include EMDR therapy, CBT, Solution-focused therapy, IFS, relational, and supportive talk therapy.
Psychiatric Consult
Receive holistic psychiatric support through consultation with one of our talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Our PMHP's are trained in traditional psychiatry as well as holistic medicine, and are Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Providers.
Medicine Assisted Therapies
Work with one of our Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Providers to attain your mental health goals. We provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. As well as integration support for other plant medicine journeys. We are hopeful to provide MDMA-AT when it receives FDA approval and Psilocybin assisted therapy when supported by state legislation.
