DO YOU OFFER GROUP CONSULTATIONS OR WORKSHOPS?
We plan to offer Wellness Weekends in February, April, June, August, and October of 2022 for individuals. If you have a group of 8 or more and would like to organize a private Wellness Weekend Experience please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your group.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PREPARE FOR MY WELLNESS WEEKEND?
Two weeks ahead of wellness weekend we make a phlebotomist available to draw labs. Please have your health screening completed on line ahead of this time and be prepared to have labs drawn at this time. Additionally, please review the session offerings in advance and send your requests to info@harahealthcenter.com. Schedules will be built for attendees based on the first clients to submit their schedule requests. Some sessions have limited daily offerings. Additionally, we test all practitioners and participants for COVID each day of Wellness Weekend. A pair of tests will be provided for you.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR OR BRING WITH ME?
Wear comfortable clothes. You may choose to wear yoga clothes. Bring a blanket if you are prone to cold and a yoga mat. We will provide you with nourishing breakfast, snacks, and lunch and will have a selection of beverages for you including water, teas, coffee, and sparkling beverages.
